Please note on arrival a team member will contact you. Please do not come in earlier than your allocated time slot, you will be advised on how to enter.
Please understand that we do not provide itemised try-ons. Booking an appointment does not guarantee the garment is available in our stockroom on the day. Please note that the garment itself may still be available for your event date.
Your $20 try-on fee will go towards your hire only if processed within 24 hours of your try-on. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
It is important to note that if you arrive later than your allocated time, this will go into your appointment time. We cannot extend your appointment under any circumstances. To avoid this, we advise all clients to wait in their car 5 minutes earlier than their scheduled time.
If you would like to reschedule your try-on appointment, please inform us within 48 hours so we can accommodate a new appointment and/or receive a store credit for cancellations within this time frame. Please note, the $20 try-on fee is non-refundable.
Please note, try-on fees do not go towards selling items.
